The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule in the evening with a meal, which is sufficient in most cases. Thus, one package of SEDA REX of 30 capsules would be enough for a month’s intake.
The maximum daily dose of 2 capsules per day is usually recommended for more severe conditions. Take 2 capsules in the evening or 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, if you do not drive or perform other activities requiring higher concentration during the day.
As with all herbal preparations, the effect of accumulation in the body of biologically active ingredients is extremely important. Therefore, for a stable effect, the intake is 1-2 months, and for maximum and lasting – three months . After that, it is good to take a break for about a month. Depending on the achieved effect, you can continue with a prophylactic dose of 1 capsule per day.
For children from 10 to 12 years of age, the recommended dose is 1 capsule daily during meals. Over 12 years of age, the dose is the same as for adults. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the product for children under 10 years of age due to the concentrated herbal ingredients.

I was recently in Bulgaria and met up with my classmates. I complained that I have problems sleeping and either I don’t fall asleep until 2-3 at night or if I go to bed at 11:00 PM I wake up at 3:30 AM almost every day and then I fall asleep at 7-7:30 AM. Nothing helps, not even SBD pills. One of them recommended these SEDA REX capsules to me. He explained to me that they are completely herbal, something that I really liked – he had similar problems and got better. They are taken 1-2 in the evening with dinner, but I started taking them at 9:30 PM two at a time (when you really need it). On the second day there was already some effect – I slept for about six hours. But now after 8-9 days things are very good. I sleep well, I try to go to bed by 10:30 PM, in the morning I wake up refreshed – somewhere around 6:30 AM (I haven’t slept 8 hours at a time for years). It doesn’t have any of the effects of other sleeping pills that make me feel groggy. I’ve recommended it to two of my colleagues – let’s see how it works for them.
